Where the software runs matters as much as the software
Linux server setup, publishing, certificates, encrypted backups and restores that are actually rehearsed. If the server is yours, it stays yours: no dependency on platforms that change their price or their terms from one month to the next.

How the work runs
Seven steps, and you always know which one you are on.
Every step produces a document that stays: the quote, the contract, the invoice, the delivery record. Nothing important happens “verbally”.

We talk
Half an hour to work out what you actually need. No commitment and no quote written in a hurry. If the job is not something I do well, I say so straight away.

A written quote
You get a document setting out what gets built, how, in what time and on what terms. No vague items: if something is not written down, it is not included.

Digital signature
50% deposit
Quote and contract are signed online, with legal validity. They stay archived and you can find them again in your private area whenever you want.

Development
The work starts. You follow the progress from the portal, and we speak when a decision is needed — not every three days for updates that say nothing.

Delivery
50% balance
The software goes into production on your server. I show you how it works and hand over everything you need to run it.

Warranty
For the first days after delivery any defect is fixed at no cost. That is not a courtesy: it is in the contract.

Maintenance
Canone mensile, facoltativo
If you want, the relationship continues on a monthly fee. If you do not, the software is still yours and still works: no ransom, no lock-in.
